Sisters in Spirit

Sisters in Spirit (SIS) is a group of women who meet monthly for fellowship, study of our Christian faith, and some service projects. We are a diverse group – some are married, some single, some work full- or part-time, some stay at home or are retired, some have small children or adult children or no children at all. What we have in common is a thirst for God’s Word and a desire to apply it to our everyday lives, wherever that takes us. Some past projects and activities include an annual women’s retreat at Lake Chatauqua Retreat Center, sponsoring the Star Tree at Christmas for less fortunate women and children in our community, and taking dinner to Cornerstone Manor women’s shelter in Buffalo.

SIS is not limited to First Trinity women – all women are welcome. We meet the second Monday of the month at 7 p.m., usually at members’ homes and occasionally at First Trinity. Click here for a list of scheduled meetings. For more information, email Carolyn Doster.
